Updating Plan File

A key feature of the app is that once you have created a visual for a plan, if the plan changes, you can reimport your plan and any activities which are in the visual will be updated. This means that:

• If the dates for the activity have changed, that will be reflected
• If the name of the activity has changed, that will be reflected

Note that the impact of the changes may be that activities no longer fit within the layout you have created. For example if you had two sequential activities on the same line and in the reimported plan the first activity now finishes later than it did and that overlaps with the second activity, then you will need to reposition the activities accordingly.
